Refund Policy


Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will ensure that your issues are addressed.

If the products you have ordered have unsatisfactory color replication or arrive damaged, Fotofriend will reprint and reship your order at our expense. If after replacement of the product you remain dissatisfied, we will refund the cost of your order for the products you are unhappy with. It is very important to note that if poor quality of the original images used to produce your order are at fault, no reprinting or refund will be offered. Always closely inspect your full-sized images before placing your order to ensure that you consider them to be of an acceptable quality.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order you will receive a full refund.


Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so immediately by contacting us and receive confirmation of your cancellation from Fotofriend. Cancellations that are attempted after the printing of your product has commenced will result in you still having to pay the printing costs. If the products have already been shipped then you will also be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your order.
